Clients Overview
Organic Acre is an India-based AgriTech company focused on promoting sustainable and organic farming practices. Along with selling organic products, they educate aspiring farmers and agri-entrepreneurs through structured learning programs. Their mission is to make agricultural knowledge accessible, practical, and impactful for farmers and learners across different regions and experience levels.
The Challenge
Organic Acre was already offering agriculture-focused courses through their website, but the learning experience lacked continuity and flexibility. The website-led LMS made it difficult for users to learn on the go, leading to engagement drop-offs. Additionally, the platform did not fully address farmers’ day-to-day informational needs beyond course consumption.
What we delivered?
We designed a mobile-first experience that transformed the learning platform into a
comprehensive digital companion for farmers. Our UX team focused on making the app
intuitive, inclusive, and useful beyond structured courses. Alongside course
consumption, we introduced features that helped users understand crops, track weather
conditions, and access region-specific government schemes relevant to agriculture. We
also designed location-based discovery for nearby agricultural offices, making the app
practical for real-world use.
The experience was crafted to appeal to both aspiring entrepreneurs and practicing
farmers, ensuring ease of navigation even for first-time digital users. In parallel, we
designed a marketing website that clearly communicated the product’s value and
encouraged adoption across a wider audience.
Impact and Results
The redesigned experience helped Organic Acre reach a broader audience beyond course buyers. By positioning the app as a daily-use tool rather than just a learning platform, user trust increased and engagement improved. Lead generation became more organic, with users confidently exploring paid offerings after experiencing consistent value through the app.
Beyond Launch
Our engagement extended beyond design execution into strategic technology consulting, helping Organic Acre think through the long-term evolution of their product. While we were not involved in post-launch development or maintenance, our UX and product guidance laid a strong foundation for future scalability and feature expansion as the platform continues to grow.
