Mindpurpose Leadership is an India-based holistic wellbeing startup that began with a single idea: make personal and professional growth more accessible through coaching. Targeting self-driven individuals and corporate employees, the platform was envisioned as a structured, digital-first ecosystem covering career, health, spirituality, relationships, mental wellbeing, and financial growth.
The Challenge
The client needed to centralise a fragmented, offline coaching process into one seamless digital experience. Onboarding diverse coaches, managing sessions, and sustaining user engagement between 15-day coaching intervals were major hurdles. Drop-offs were common, and reliance on multiple tools for video calls, scheduling, and follow-ups diluted both consistency and outcomes.
What we delivered?
We translated the entire coaching journey into a cohesive digital ecosystem anchored by a mobile-first experience. The solution included a feature-rich mobile app for individuals and corporates, a dedicated web platform for coaches, an admin panel, and a marketing website. The product focused on outcomes, not consumption. Users begin with assessments to understand their current state, set personalised goals, and engage with coaches aligned to their needs. To maintain momentum between sessions, we designed structured seven-day challenges with daily audio guidance, driving consistency and engagement. In-app messaging enabled continuous interaction between coaches and users, reducing dependency gaps. From discovery and goal-setting to video sessions and progress tracking, every touchpoint was designed to work as a single, intuitive system.
Impact and Results
The platform enabled Mindpurpose to transition from an offline-heavy model to a scalable digital operation. Coaches could independently manage availability and sessions, while users experienced greater continuity throughout their journeys. The structured engagement model helped sustain participation beyond live sessions, reinforcing habit-building and long-term commitment to personal transformation.
Beyond Launch
Following the successful launch of the individual app, the platform was extended for corporate wellbeing programs. Binarycorp continues to work closely with Mindpurpose to enhance features, improve performance, and support scale. The product is actively evolving, with rapid iterations focused on new use cases, deeper engagement, and long-term platform resilience.
